An ACT Tutor Can Give Students An Advantage In The College Application Process

Posted by on October 7, 2013

Student Taking Standardized Test ImageExcelling at standardized testing is important for many reasons. A high SAT or ACT score can make all the difference in a student being accepted by the school of their dreams as well as help them successfully compete for scholarships and merit-based financial aid. This can eliminate or reduce the amount of loans that they need to take out, which will help them live more comfortably once they graduate.

The remaining ACT test dates for 2013 are September 21, October 26, and December 14. Because college applications are generally due around December 1, the December 14 test date may be too late for high school seniors, so they really only have two test dates left before their college applications are due.

For this reason, hiring an ACT tutor is highly recommended for students who wish to maximize their opportunity to get the best score possible. Personalized tutoring can help students master the ACT, improve their scores, and therefore increase the opportunity of being accepted by the school of their dreams!
